Dr. John Willis began practice in Richlands in 1976 after
graduating from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa.
He also holds a B.A. degree from the University of Kentucky and a
M.A. degree from Old Dominion University. His post-graduate
training includes becoming a Diplomate of the American Board of
Chiropractic Orthopedics and a Certified Chiropractic Sports
Physician. He is a past president of the Virginia Chiropractic
Association and the Palmer College of Chiropractic International
Alumni Association. He states, "Without a doubt, the best single
decision I made in business was moving to Richlands. The people of
this area have been extraordinarily kind and helpful to me and my
family."
Dr. Willis is married to the former Jane Kirby of Marion,
Virginia. They have two daughters, Virginia (married to Marco
Warner) of Richlands and Sarah (married to Glenn Martin) of
Marion. They also have four grandchildren - Sarah Bond and Lexie
Warner and Duncan and Ian Martin. Jane has handled bookkeeping and
a myriad of other duties for Willis Chiropractic from the
beginning.
Dr.
Brent O. Warner began practice in Richlands in 2004 after
graduating from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport,
Iowa. He also holds a B.S. degree from East Tennessee State
University in communications. He was a member of the Palmer
student council. During his time at Palmer he was selected
as a member of the Vogt Leadership Society. He was nominated
by his peers and selected after numerous interviews. He is
active in the Virginia Chiropractic Association, American
Chiropractic Association, and the Palmer College of
Chiropractic International Alumni Association. He states, “I
had several options after graduation but my wife and I
decided to come back to Richlands because this is what we
consider home.”
Dr. Warner is married to the former Lori Anne Collins of
Mullens, West Virginia. Dr. Lori Warner is a graduate of
East Tennessee State University and a recent graduate of
Palmer College of Chiropractic. She will be joining the
practice in the near future.
